The emphasis on love and seeing things from a loving perspective is really fresh and interesting, a unique take that I did not see emphasized that much before.
One thing that bothered me is the heightened secretiveness: the author makes it clear that she received the idea for this book's main principle from one particular spiritual teacher during one of his lectures, but she does not reveal who that spiritual teacher was.
So not only does she not give credit where credit is due, she also prevents the reader from doing further study on the topic if he wants to. This is the main issue with the book, the lack of citations. There are many studies and researches mentioned which are not cited, and a lot of the stories in the book are anecdotal, basically a "trust me bro" level of
